  • Do NOT buy this wagon
If I could give this no stars I would. This is the second one of these we have owned and each time they have the same problems. They do not turn correctly and most of the time you are pulling it and the wheels are turned sideways and not even rolling. I love this brand and I always have, but this is the worst wagon ever! two different ones, two different times, same exact issues and NO it wasn’t carrying too much weight! 15-20 pounds is pretty light! Calling manufacturer! ... show more

  • Turning Can Be a Problem
Everything is good except for the turning/steering, as some people have said in other reviews. When I first got this wagon it could turn on a dime, but once the tire treads become a little worn the only way to turn is by moving forward in a big arc. I have not had issues with the tire getting stuck sideways, but I have only owned this for a month. The tires have some thin tread in the middle of the wheel which sticks out further than the rest of the tread. When this wears down it makes more contact along the width of the tire which means now you are trying to turn 2 wheels with more ground contact....Probably would have been better to have thinner wheels, or smaller wheels (think grocery cart size). Not a huge deal, 95% of the time I'm pulling straight....but I have tired turning in grass and almost flipped the wagon because the wheels did not want to shift direction. I've also only had one 2yr old in this (~23lbs) but noticed that if he sits above the pivot wheels it is harder to turn. Likewise, sitting him in the further position, it is easier to turn. All-in-all it works for what we need, but I would have liked a combination of this turning design (individual wheel movement) PLUS the old turning design (handle and wheels all rotate together as one piece) why can't they make it like that!? ... show more

  • Best wagon for children with leg casts.
We got introduced to this at children's hospital after my son broke his leg as a way for and avid bike rider to still be able to get some outside time. Due to his cast we put the seatbacks down to reduce the height of the side and used pillows to prop him and his leg up. It was so great for us! All was easy for me to assemble except the handle. It went in the opposite of what made sense to me and I had to ask for extra muscle help (husband) to get it in place. The handle angle also makes this very difficult to fit in a car and store. Instead of folding back into the seat area it sticks out forward. I suppose it is more ergo dynamic and assures no kids get accidentally bumped on the head by it, but the trade off for those features are a much larger footprint. However, I could still get it in and out of my car by myself, since it's not crazy heavy, seems super durable, is a fair price, and was perfect for our needs. I would recommend this to anyone and wouldn't consider buying any other wagon. ... show more

  • Best multipurpose little red wagon EVER!
This this is awesome. My 18 month old daughter absolutely LOVES it. So does Mommy! She constantly wants us to wheel her around the block. It's well made, has seatbelts (thank God... paranoid mom here🙄) and I use it every time I need to haul in the groceries. Sometimes I even walk her in little circles in it inside the house when she's having a meltdown. I'm not sure who gets more use out of it between myself and my toddler. 😂 If you're even considering this wagon, get it. You won't be disappointed. It would also make an excellent gift. ... show more

  • Our little granddaughter really enjoys it
This is a great wagon. Because it is plastic and doesn't rust, it can stay outside. Plenty of room, and does ok on rough sur surfaces. Really like the fold down / up seats. Handle is long enough for a tall person to pull the wagon. Fun for our girl! The only reservation is that the steering is a little clumsy - not a big deal. When your toddler outgrows the stroller but is not big enough for their own bike, this is a great choice. ... show more

  • So many nice features packed into this wagon
The seat backs are nice. The wagon is deep enough for a 3 ft. 3 in. child to sit comfortably. If it's been a long day out, you can flip the seats down, lay down a napping blanket and let your child sleep. The wheels absorb enough shock that you can pull the wagon along without jarring them awake. The cup holders are handy, for both standard-sized water bottles and juice boxes. One star removed from "educational value" because the old model wagons used to have a handle that let you "drive" the wagon by yourself if someone else pushed it from behind. This one won't work for that. 5 stars overall because the safety features are worth sacrificing a few conveniences. One star removed from "fun" because of the handle. I get that the handle was designed not to pinch little fingers, but it's a bit awkward and uncomfortable if you let go of the handle. When it was new, the handle was stiff and stayed upright. Now that it's been used enough, the handle is loose and immediately falls to the ground. Bending over to pick it up isn't much fun and potentially embarrassing. I've tried using my foot to kick the handle up to a standing position, but it doesn't have enough give to push it upright easily yet, I still have to bend to get the handle. The wagon is very large. Unless you mod the handle to come off (we sawed off the end cap on one side of the rebar), it will not fit in a mid-sized sedan. This wagon has been to the zoo, a mall and a shopping center where the aisles were tight, and it has been easy to maneuver without "resetting" its path, like you sometimes have to do with wayward shopping carts, picking it up and forcibly realigning it to the correct path. Also, if you tend to keep your child's larger toys outside, the plastic holds up pretty well against the elements. I had mine sitting outside in full sunlight, all summer long. It faded very little and was less noticeable compared to the other large plastic toys that are outside the house. I thought the seat belts were silly until I realized they aren't so much for safety as they are meant for tying a kid down. Does your child get in and out of the cart, in and out of cart, etc.? Same thing with the wagon, except now they have to ask to get out! So the verdict on the seat belts after trying them out, my thought was, "hey, that's handy." ... show more
