This track set is nice, but I would not say it is for a small child of less than six or seven to put together, and even at those ages, there will need to be assistance. At first, we thought we could take the tracks as they were, when dumped from the box. With the exception of two, you need to count them out to eight links. In our box, there was one small section of the purple and pink mixed. Once we had the configuration layout done, and the bridge added, we separated those two colors and added to the one purple coming off the left of the bridge and the pink that is the back, (behind the bridge), curve. I ran the car along the entirety of the track, and it seems to be okay. When I went to get the screwdriver and battery, I came back to my just turned 3 year old ripping it apart. Which is ironic, because she was flipping out when I had to take apart the first attempt. Getting it back into the box took me two tries, because the first time, I wanted to try and keep more of the sections together. It did fit (barely), on the second try. This need to keep this boxed up until my child is a little older. The tracks are a bendy plastic, which is ideal to keep them from getting malformed during construction, (or demolition). How we got the whole construction was to use the pattern on the paper insert, count out the eight links for each color and to construct the bridge last. Then, push one side of the tracks into the bridge. Then, gently pull the the other bridge side outward. I did end up pulling out one of the bottom crossbeam supports, but it popped back in easily. It is fun and would have been way more fun if we could have watched the car travel along the tracks. I took close up pictures of the pink and purple sections that needed those extra links.

The pink princess theme is a fun spin on standard track sets, and the flexible tracks are super easy for little hands to snap together into different loops and curves. The car moves around the track surprisingly fast. My only minor issue is that the car eats through batteries fairly quickly, so keep extras on hand.

I have two great nieces that I love to spoil. They are two and three years old, but they act way beyond their years. When I saw this cute race track car toy set I immediately had to pick it up. This is a pink princess set. With 214 pieces. They are in vibrant colors of pink and purple and white. This is great for them to develop their imagination and creativity. It really enhanced my niece’s hand eye coordination, and they had to work together building it so teamwork was another great thing. This little track incorporate so many different things. It has bridges that they can cross, curves, they can go under a bridge or divert going across the other tracks. This also is a great thing to do with your child. It’s do it yourself so it’s very easy to design whatever you want your style of track to be. The track pieces are very flexible and bendable. The car that it comes with you can use it on the floor on carpet tile wood, etc. it’s very easy to assemble. It’s one easy click. The car takes one AA battery, which is not included. For $23.99. This is very comparable to others on the market.

This is a cute car set, though I'm not sure it's politically correct to say it just for girls! :-) The tracks are super flexible which makes them a little challenging to click together until you get the hang of it. Each tack section is actually made up of small pieces so you can really make any length track you want. All the parts are made of a soft plastic with no sharp edges. There are small parts that may not be suitable for a 3 year old. The car is powered by 1 "AA" battery (not included) that requires a small phillips screwdriver to install. The battery cover is held in place by a tiny screw, and without it the back wheels will fall off so do not loose that screw! There really should be a better way to hold the door in place. The car actually runs really well (forward only) and fits on the tracks as it should. The car will also run on a hardwood or even tight weaved carpet. The challenge with this toy is getting all the parts back in the box! I think any child that receives this will certainly wear a smile just like the girl in the listing.

These tracks are so cool! They’re flexible, multi colored, and can build and separate so easily so you can personalize however you want! Batteries are not included, which isn’t terrible - because without batteries can spark the imagination even more! The bottom of the unicorn car does require a small Philips head screwdriver to open to access the battery compartment, if you choose to use them. On the bottom is also the on/off switch for the car, which again can be real or part of playing pretend if you choose to not use batteries. This set is so great with its colors, variety, simplify and complexity all at the same time. It’s very user-friendly and definitely great for the age-range and above. I got this to give my niece who loves building and unicorns, and I just know she is going to lose her mind with excitement! A very fun building set that you could even use other cars on outside of the included unicorn one.

Found this pink track set while looking for something to keep my niece busy during a long rainy weekend at my house. I was relieved it was straightforward because I did not want to spend my Saturday afternoon fighting with tiny plastic connectors. The pieces just snap together without much force, which meant she could actually help build it instead of just watching me do all the work. It is surprisingly flexible and you can twist it into different shapes without anything snapping or breaking. The little monster truck that comes with it is zippy enough and does fine on our low-pile rug when it veers off the path. It takes one battery, and so far, it has not drained it immediately. The castle and trees are just basic plastic decorations, but they do the job for a five-year-old. My only minor quibble is that the track pieces are a bit small and end up scattered under every piece of furniture in the living room. It takes a few minutes to gather them all up and shove them back into the box when we are done. Still, it is a solid value for the price and kept her occupied for a good three hours. The diamond ball accessory is a nice touch that keeps the truck from just going in circles. Just make sure you have a spare battery on hand before you open the box.
