Installed these in my 2008 Honda Fit Sport (GD3). I have the coilovers height turned all the way down in the front and rear. I've played with dampening on all 4 corners. It is real and it does work. I have the dampening set half way between soft/hard, perfect balance for daily driving and hard cornering. Spring rate is soft enough for daily driving driving, but stiff enough for track use. The notched Camber adjustment is very nice in the front. Made aligning the car very easy, although I would have preferred to use camber bolts. Surprisingly the included adjustable sway bar links are actually pretty high quality. You will need to use them to clear the shock towers & CV-Axles if you decided to lower it all the way. Stock/OEM Sway bar links will work fine if you do not lower the coilovers all the way.
