this thing is heavy duty as i expected, but the inside clamp/ hook needs to be round for a hard plastic cover to protect aluminum wheels. just a minor design change plus $5 for the extra plastic clamp foot. i haven't used this yet but seen others use this style bead breaker. good tool for those hard to break beads...

As you try to tighten the bead breaker the unit slips up and will not allow it to break the bead of the tire. It scratches the rim if you have an aluminum rim, too big, too heavy, and hard to use.

I put this bead breaker through a workout changing out some very old and stuck on atv tires. Unit is solidly built and took some abuse from the impact gun. Did a great job for me. This was the lowest priced unit - guessing they’re all made by the same mfg.

No user manual. Had to go to YouTube to figure it out. You have to wack it with a hammer to drive it into the bead

did not work on my rim. scratch the chrome rim. will not work on the back side of rim because there is no place to hold the bead breaker to the rim

Works perfect out of the box throw a little anti seize on the threads just for insurance. Knocked my tractor tire off the bead in no time.
