—- 3 MONTHS LATER —- It’s still working incredibly well! If the stock is uv coated or gloss laminated, it tends to slide around if you don’t hold it pressed down firmly. This usually means the top of the stack cuts fine but by the bottom it’s pushed the pages out and hasn’t gotten a clean rounded corner for the lower half of the stack. Easy fix, just flip the stack over, hold it tight and cut them again. I’ve found that the best way to get a clean cut and not slip as much is to do the cut rather quickly with a decent amount of force. Between that and flipping the stack, it’s still producing great quality results on slicker coated stocks. I absolutely love this corner rounder! —- ORIGINAL REVIEW —- This corner rounder definitely feels like a hunk of garbage, it’s really light, the cut corners end up everywhere in a 7ft radius, but despite its appearance, the blade is sharp, the alignment is perfect and it actually works really well. I thought for sure this was going to be terrible, but it actually produced some great results! Can’t speak to how long it will last, but it got through the 250 business cards I need to round and seems like it would keep going just fine. For the price, I can live with the mess it creates, it’s just nice to have this as an option in house now. Will update after I’ve had it a while. ... show more
