This is a great set but I recommend for 13+ it is a bit hard to follow for younger ones. It comes with all the things you need. The little block is cheaply made but still functional. Great sleepover activity or gift idea .

This is an okay set that comes with all the things one would need to get started making macrame bracelets; embroidery floss (25 skeins) and a helping hand to hold the top and all the individual threads. It also comes with a booklet that shows how to make the basic knot most commonly used in this type of bracelet making, instructions in 5 different languages, and has a qr code that links you to the company's yt videos. There are only videos for 4 different bracelets though, not all the ones pictured. With a little searching, it's easy to find others. The main reason someone would get this set instead of just purchasing a pack of embroidery thread would be for the contraption that helps by holding all the strings in place (the helping hand), unfortunately the one I received is very difficult to use. In the picture, the top is extended and there is a small green button that is used to lock it into place. The green button should slide side to side to lock and unlock the neck, but mine is all but impossible to move and to unlock it, I had to use quite a bit of force and about 3 hours later my thumb is still sore. I was not able to lock it again after unlocking it. Personally, I enjoy making these types of bracelets and think this is a great idea, but this one won't work for me. Hopefully others don't run into the same issue.

This bracelet maker comes with 16 colors of yarn and 6 different design to choose from. it comes with a bag to keep all of the stuff in neatly. The instruction was a little complicated to understand though. My daughter managed to learn how to do it pretty quickly and she loves spending time on it. It does take quite a long time to finish it but the final result was really beautiful. Overall, this makes a great gift and I would recommend it.

This is great for learning a new craft. It’s fun and it’s great for making homemade gifts. You can buy more materials and reuse the tools even when the materials it comes with runs out. Would make a nice gift as well.
