Arrived quickly and with no damage. It is heavy though. Two of us got it onto the bedframe and opened the vacuum sealed covering. It started inflating quickly. It was fully expanded within an hour. All the edges were level. It is very nice. It has a medium-firm feel. The springs make it "springy" where it supports and responds to motion well. The gel and foam top are nice and soft yet supportive. The gel top keeps you cooler when sleeping. The edges are supportive and don't give when you sit on the edge to get up. Overall, I am very happy with this mattress and it was a great price.

I was skeptical due to the price I bought a king size. This has been one of the best experiences. I had a memory foam Serta mattress that I just bought last year and my back would hurt all the time I feel like the memory foam was just too stiff and hard. Two weeks of this mattress and it’s been the best sleep of my life. This mattress has the firmness but bounciness that is needed . & the fact it to came out of a compressed bag & it automatically fluffed up, kept it’s shape, just PRICELESS. I’m just astonished I just really don’t think I can give this mattress enough credit. If you’re looking for a good quality mattress that thick and feels like you’re sleeping on a cloud I would definitely have to recommend this to you!!!

This is a very nice mattress and a great price. It came with a few days, and it does tell you that you need to unpack it within seventy two hours of receiving it. There is directions that come with the mattress as well as a small little blade in which to open it. The blade they supply will prevent you from cutting into the mattress. Once I left air into the bag, it started expanding right away. I left it expand for the 48 hours that was directed. I have not slept on it because it's in a guest room, but I did lay on it to check out how it felt and I thought it felt very nice.
