* Update after purchasing a 2nd bed queen size Medium - Firm. I felt my first bed a plush full was to soft. I decided to take advantage of the 100 day guarantee. Sent a message to seller they offered a $100 credit, i felt that was fair, as returning the bed (like how do u do that) would be hard. I recieved my refund adjustment of $100 next time bed goes on sale will purchase another bed from same vendor in the Mediun Firm. .***let me be clear we like both beds I just bought the wrong firmness as I had no experience with non-traditional mattress. 1st use a hand truck/dolly to lift and move mattress while in it's box. I placed mine in extra room with no air conditioning a warm room will help expanding the bed, wait at least 24hrs mine took 30hrs to reach full 12 inches 2nd Find the Cutting Tool. This made cutting away the plastic wrap so easy and risk free of damaging mattress. Be ready this thing shoots out of the wrapping quickly as I cut mine as a roll thing sprang out fast. 3rd read the 2 booklets following directions. I noticed after placing my bed on its platform the edge support seemed better than when it was on the floor. I used a Bedsure quilted topper and Zinus cooling 1.5 inch memory foam . Inside pleased with this bed after 5 days that today we ordered the Medium Queen for my husband's room. Mine is the full size plush I like a softer bed. I did purchase the insurance trust me it's worth it. I will update my review in 30 days. I did not notice any strong odors, it appears to me well built, well packaged. I read most of the reviews, watched videos here and on YouTube. The price is very good. Today is May 26,2024 and still thrilled with my purchase I removed memory foam topper leaving only a thin quilted cover my bed is now very comfortable.

So far this bed is amazing. It is soft but firm and omg it is heavy. I bought the king size bed and either this is not a true king or the frame I purchased is larger than a king. I suspect it to the be the frame. The best part about this bed is your partner can move around all night and you will not feel it. Great price with great product thus far.

This may be the most comfortable bed I ever slept on. The amazing reviews were what convinced me to buy this but I must agree it is a very comfortable bed, even as someone with mild scoliosis, often with other beds I would develop back problems but not with this bed. The foam is perfectly soft and firm, delivery was prompt and deflated from the vacuum seal almost instantly. I feel more rested, like the bed is helping me to gain back so many years of what I thought was comfort but this bed offers an incredible sleep experience in comparison.

I must say, I was skeptical about what kind of mattress I could get for this price. The reviews sounded great, but we're they true? Answer- Yes! This mattress is fantastic. Ordered the 10" pillow top King & it is everything I could have asked for. Medium firmness with soft pillow top, very nice looking, no odor, shipped fast, reasonably heavy box it came in. Easy to unpack, fluffs up instantly and is SO comfortable. We have slept like babies on this. Highly recommend this great mattress at an amazing price!

After 5 months sleeping on this mattress, I am very happy with it, very comfortable, it's worth 100% of its price. It is not the best mattress that I have ever tried, but for its price it totally worth it. If you are planning on having a mattress for 2/3 years of for a friend's bedroom, I would totally recommend it.

It’s comfortable but very bouncy and the edges aren’t very strong and you kind of slip out of it. Very heavy to carry up steps. Will do for the time being. The cost is worth it for something on the cheaper side and not giving up comfort. Doesn’t stay as cool as advertised.
