Hubs and I didn’t realize how firm our previous bed was until we got this guy in! First night was like sleeping on a cloud because of the medium firmness. Our backs hurt way less given its body contouring support! We simply took it out of the vacuum seal bag and let it set in our spare bedroom for a day and a half or so, it was easy peasy getting it all ready. Premium quality, for half of the price! I am a hot sleeper and the multi layers to provide cooling comfort is elite, my favorite function personally! It’s worth it!

The package came rolled in a box. Air sealed, the package itself was damaged but that didn’t affect the mattress. The mattress took maybe a minute fill up to its full size. It is firm but bouncy. It is good quality. I recommend

I bought this bed believing it to be comfortable and have great quality in materials. The bed is very light and even though it is easy to set up. I would not recommend my worst enemy to sleep on this bed. It is very thin in fabric use to make the bed. I can feel every spring that my body lays across. I barely get any sleep with the noise it produces. Im highly disappointed.

I ordered the 14" King, and it was very easy to set up (with a friend's help). The first thing I can say is that the Mattress took 24 hours to come to full height - and it is every bit of 14 inches high - so measure TWICE. Second, it is listed as a Firm, but I have found it to be more like a Medium-Firm (I am not a small man, however). It is also a very comfortable and supportive nights sleep for us. No Regrets at all
