The media could not be loaded. True Medium firm feeling, true Queen size 80x60, love the washable cover it has a double zipper for easy access. Only problem is that it did not expand to the full 10 inches i ordered, it’s roughly 9.5 but other than that it is very affordable and serves it’s purpose.

I was really optimistic reading the reviews but after giving this mattress a few weeks, I’m truly upset that this mattress turned out to actually be so uncomfortable I may as well be sleeping on my old mattress. It’s WAY too soft to be considered medium firm. If you’re looking for a mattress to help with your back/hip/neck pains, this is NOT it. I literally wake up sore every day because this mattress offers so little support. I tried to contact Amazon to get a refund so I can at least get a mattress topper to help compensate for the lack of support, but they said that the most they could offer for a mattress I paid $170 for is $15-20 which was incredibly insulting. They claimed that the mattress has to be returned but I am not able to get this mattress down flights of stairs by myself; they also offered to have people come inside to get it which wouldn’t work because I travel often for work and would not be home. Plus I just don’t want dirty shoes in my room. I usually don’t bother writing reviews unless something is REALLY good or REALLY bad and unfortunately this whole experience with this mattress is the latter. ... show more

easy to open and set. The mattress is firm was thinking it would be a bit softer with it being memory foam. the height was great for the bed frame I have and love you can take off and wash anytime. good mattress besides that
