This quilt is very nice. It arrived sealed in a vacuumed bag which was very heavy. At first I thought the quilt was made with a very thick material, but the thickness of the material used is just right. It's not too thick or thin and it is very comfortable. It arrived with two king sized shams as well. The color on the image looked like khaki, not a light olive green. So it was a bit misleading. It appears more like a greenish khaki to be honest. The embroidery on the quilt are very delicate. It arrived with some minimal loose/ lifted strings coming from the embroidered pattern. The trimming is stitched well together and has not come undone after a few uses. Otherwise, the quilt can be easily washed in the bulky setting and it dries as excepted in the dryer for about 55-60 mins. It just needs to be used and handled with care due to the delicate embroidery.

We got this to add warmth to our California King bed. We have it under our regular comforter. It's thick enough to be warm, but not so thick to be uncomfortable. (About a quarter of an inch to half an inch thick.) It's well made. I think it would look great acting as the main comforter for a bed. About sizing: I grabbed the King size and it works great for our California King. It would work great for a regular king too. Definitely a great blanket.

This is a really nice set. It isn’t thin or falling apart. Since it’s wintertime, I wanted to get another blanket that could go over the both of us through the night. It was nice to get a king size and get two shams with it too, King Shams! The only downside that I have seen with this set is that my wedding ring keeps getting snagged on the texture on the sham and blanket. So that is something to keep in mind with it, nothing has come undone yet for me.

This is a really nice quilt set! Very nice quality, cozy and soft. Great size as well- it has a lot more overhang (but not too much) than my previous bedding. Easy to launder as there are no special care instructions. (I received this item for reviewing purposes)
