It washed and dried (on medium heat) well without noticeable shrinkage. Perfect for Midwest days when it's too cold to go without a coat but too warm to wear a coat. (We have a lot of those days!) I ordered a slightly larger size- xxl instead of xl- based on another reviewer with my body weight/height saying it runs small- but it seems a little big. Sleaves are like 2 inches too long (and I have long arms). Felt lining is nice but makes it very hard to take it off with a shirt underneath as it pulls shirt with it.
