Great fit for 2009 Acura TL. Easy instructions and work as described. Use a board or a stick to hold up the hood if your struts have already failed. A small flat head screw driver to pry off the fastner / clip that holds the ball joint on the strut. Put a bit of grease or lube on the ball joints to keep them fresh. The new struts can be pushed into the ball joints of the old struts, they snap in. ... show more

Easy change out took maybe 5 min. Took more time to find a wood stick to prop the hook open. Remember when you take one off the hood will be heavy and shut on you. Helps if you have someone to hold the hood open, or find a stick to prop the hook open.
