I originally bought these for workouts thinking, “It’s just a lightweight skull cap, how much difference can it really make?” Answer: a LOT. Before using these, my spin classes usually turned into a battle for survival somewhere around the 30-minute mark. Not because of the workout itself... because sweat would start pouring directly into my eyes like my forehead had personally declared war on me. Nothing humbles you faster than trying to maintain dignity in yoga pose transitions while blinking aggressively because your own sweat is burning your eyeballs. These completely fixed that problem. The material is: * lightweight * breathable * quick drying * comfortable even during intense workouts * easy to pull on and off It fits snugly without feeling tight or suffocating, and it does a great job absorbing sweat before it turns into eye-based chemical warfare. I’ve been using them mainly for: * spin class * yoga sessions * cardio workouts * general gym use and they’ve been excellent. Another thing I like is that they stay comfortable even after long sessions and don’t feel overly hot. The thin material works well under headphones or helmets too. The fact that you get 3 in a pack is also nice because there’s always one clean while the others are in the wash. Overall, these turned me from “person constantly wiping forehead with shirt” into someone who can actually focus on the workout.
