    • Not able to use in a toaster oven
I bought this product because of the Pyrex brand name. I have Pyrex dishes that were my mothers. I have used them for over 50 years and she had them years before that. Pyrex must have changed there formula because now they say not to use in the toaster oven. That was the reason I order this size pan. I wanted to replace a metal pan that I have been using. I will definitely not ever purchase Pyrex products again. I can use the dish in a preheated oven but I use my toaster oven a lot more. I did call the number on there paper that came with the dish. Got the answer back is because the elements are to close to the dish. I would return it but then I have to find something to keep it from breaking as we destroyed all the puffs that were in the item when shipped and now take it to a place that accepts Amazon returns. ... show more

This was a housewarming gift. After handling the dish while unpacking the shipping box and then gift wrapping it, the bowl felt sturdy and the handles made it very easy to grip. I think it'll be useful and so did the recipient.

It gets the job done. I have used these glass pans for years. After they get the brown film from wear and tear, their inexpensive enough to replace. If you cook cobblers or casserole this is for you.

Meatloaf! What will I put it in! This seems to do it. Quite roomy. If I wasn't lazy I could have added potatoes, carrots, etc. Pyrex quality.

    • Attractive and efficient
This pan is very attractive and washes well, and it cooks my roasts as well as my old ugly stained Pyrex did. I would give it 5 stars except that I discovered the existence of another type of glassware that is much lighter and much stronger. More expensive & less widely available, of course. Since I don't have ceramic tile floors in my kitchen, it's unlikely that this product will break if dropped, but it is possible. ... show more

I've always had good luck with Anchor Hocking so didn't hesitate to replace my missing loaf pan with this one. It will come in handy for quick breads, layered Jello and casseroles for me and my husband.
