Pyrex is a well know brand for glass cookware & very reliable and long lasting. I made an apple type pie using the 9x13 dish . Inside measures 12inches. It was easy to take the dish out of a hot oven and did bake at 450 degrees for 15 min without any of pastry at the bottom burning. Completed cooking at 350 degrees for a perfect dessert.
