The media could not be loaded. I used the first amp for one evening. Both Bluetooth and RCA inputs worked well The second evening, when I turned it on, both speakers buzzed loudly and steadily no matter what I did with any settings. Returned it yesterday and am awaiting its replacement, but I'm not optimistic. UPDATE: I received the replacement amp. It works, BUT... ever since I got it a few days ago, it appears to be spiking voltage when I turn it on with the physical switch, backfeeding out the RCA inputs. The amp audio input is from an Android TV box's 3.5mm audio output. The Android TV box outputs video to the TV via HDMI. This amp is not connected directly to the TV. When I turn on the amp switch, there is a "thump" from the speakers AND the TV screen (LCD) kind of flashes and shrinks for a split second and then goes normal. I think the amp must be spiking voltage out the amp RCAs into the Android TV box, and it overloads the box's electronics for a split second, messing up the video output to the TV. Not sure what else it could be. I definitely would not connect this amp to good speakers or physically (via cord) to a good audio source. I have pretty cheap speakers and an off-brand cheap two year old Android TV box. If i get better speakers or a better TV box or even a better TV, I won't use this amp. I would strongly recommend you not buy this. I got it new for about half the normal price (just under 30) or I'd return it. It'll probably end up in my.garage with these speakers if I end up getting a better TV, speakers, or Android box. And there's no way I'll ever connect it physically to my phone to play music or whatever, only via Bluetooth. Both this and the original that completely failed the second day came with an owners manual in which one of the two stapled and folded sheets that comprise it is apparently from a 6-way speaker selector box, not this amp. So half the owner manual is missing... ...looking at the manual again, it's a printing error, not mixed sheets, because the same glossy paper sheet is printed on one side with page 2 for this amp and when you turn the page to what you'd expect to be page 3 for the amp, it's... lol... page 2 for a speaker selector box, with no amp page 2 to be found. The pdf on the website is correct though. I guess I'll revise it two stars instead of one because it hasn't technically failed yet a few days in, and it does work fine after that first speaker whump and TV flash when switched on. ... show more

A very impressive device for the price. It is solidly built and very heavy (so plenty of heft in the power supply). Fired up perfectly... right out of the box, and has a very sensitive FM receiver. Scanning the FM radio band I "snagged" 23 stations, which is way more than any other FM Receiver I have set up as we are in a rural area and not close to major radio station outlets. The remote is very handy. I am only using this to receive my favorite FM station but the BlueTooth feature gives me access to Spotify from my phone which I am sure to appreciate. I really appreciate the "Phone" output jack although if I had my druthers I would prefer the jack to b3 a 1/8" (3.5mm) jack. No one has earphones with a 1/4" plug anymore so I had to buy an adapter before I could use my phones. My ONLY negative comment is that the unit does not remember the last Mode setting. I only listen to FM on it, but every time I turn it on in goes into the Bluetooth mode and I have to press the Mode button several times. DUMB! My solution is to just ALWAYS keep it turned on but turn down the volume when I want it "off." BUT that is a very poor work around! The Tone Controls seem to have plenty of range and there is way more power output than I need for background music. You could fill a backyard with sound with this thing. I bought this to use to play music via bluetooth with phone, but it has a very loud buzzing sound through the speakers when you turn it to bluetooth (like not even connected to any device, just turned to bluetooth, and doesnt go away when connecting device). I would give it 1star, but it does work pretty good for wired audio and has a big volume knob. If they’d fix the bluetooth and memory on what aux when turned on (currently defaults have to change to bluetooth every power cycle) it would be recommended. ... show more
