I brought this product which is working as expected when I switched between threee laptops, but my exiting wireless Logitech keyboard and mouse with singe USB receiver is not working with this switch. Any suggestion from anyone on keyboard and mouse?

Although this is advertised as a KVM switch, it does not seem to work. I have a docking station connected to a laptop and a pc. I have two monitors with hdmi ports. Direct connection from either the pc or the dock works. No luck with this KVM unfortunately. I got new cables but that didn’t help either. Will be asking for a refund!!

I have been using this KVM about a week now and it turns out I like the remote control better than I thought I might. I have 3 computers to control. Two of the computers have 2 monitors each and the third computer has only one monitor. I chose this KVM over the competitive products specifically because it was within $2 or $3 of the others after the current promotions were applied and this one included a remote control. The remote control is really handy to place between the keyboard and mouse without having that space permanently occupied by some remote wired switch. One minor drawback on the remote control is that it appears that the KVM (or its hardwired remote extender) must have a straight path from the remote for the control signal to travel between that sensor and the remote. It is not one of those remotes that bounce off the walls to reach the KVM. The KVM works seamlessly with my Logitech Unifying Craft keyboard and MX Master mouse. The switch supports 3840x2160 screen resolution and does a nice job of maintaining the resolution and other program settings when switching back and forth between computers that have different settings (perhaps taking 3 or 4 seconds to switch between computers because of the screen resolution settings changes).
