I've been searching for a while, looking for a purse just like this. This purse reminds me of a hobo style bag, but with more organization to it. I have always leaned towards large purses, however, this purse makes me very happy. Instead of searching through the vast expanse of a large purse, this 11.8 inch brown, Volganic Rock, purse has two separate main compartments that are roomy and can hold a lot of stuff. This purse is made of a soft leather-like material and is just the right size -- not too big or too small. There are several other outside zipper compartments that can hold pens, paper, credit cards or a passport with ease. Two small pouches are located on either side of the purse also, to hold sunglasses or other small items. When the purse has items in it, the lining is weighted down and the lining doesn't get caught in the zipper. If you have it resting on a hard surface, it might ease up the lining so in those instances just be careful. It has so much room, many zipper areas. It's very soft and looks great. The fabric on this purse is very soft, and the color is very pretty, and is exactly the color listed in the advertisement. It's practically weightless aside from whatever you put inside of it. I LOVE all of the zipper compartments. One holds my wallet, which is quite fat but easily accommodated. The front pockets are lovely as well. One holds my phone perfectly, the one below it a hair pick and a toothbrush. There is also a secret inner pocket. The straps are adjustable to any length that suits you, whether you like wearing purses across your body or just hanging from your shoulder.     • Wish I could love this purse, but has lining issues!

I like the roominess of this purse, the soft feel, the color and pocket features. However, I've never had a purse that had such poorly sewn lining and this is just the 1st day of having it. The 2 zippers want to catch the lining after testing them. Thus the reason for giving just 3 stars. I've got safety pins in the lining for now and that works. I don't want to mess with a replacement as I'd have to run around to return it. Who knows if a replacement won't have the same problem. I imagine I'll hand sew the lining to make it right. The right size purse is hard to find. Quality control should be better! ... show more

I love it! It's better than I expected. It has a lot of room to store all your stuff. There are five outer pockets and one inner pocket all with what appears to be heavy duty zippers. There are two pouches on each end, under the straps, for your eyeglasses/sunglasses, not quite big enough to fit a water bottle, though. I got this in white, in the smaller size, so I can take it to church or a small gathering. I ordered two more in large, one in dark blue and one in khaki, for my everyday use. I'm very pleased with them all. They look to be waterproof, if you should get caught in the rain. They are heavy duty and very well made with thick, adjustable straps.
