the brackets went up easy, the supports went up easy, the netting? well the netting took a little effort, but its keeping the cats in. installed on a chainlink fence using self drilling and tapping screws.

This product is a great concept, and it likely does work for many situations. My cat spent her first year outdoor as a stray and has always been a challenge to keep inside compared to other cats I’ve had. But we moved to a new house and wanted to give this a try. My husband set it up easily. My cat seriously studied this setup and conducted a series of tests with me observing. She was hesitant to stand on the unsteady netting - she attempted then abandoned it. Ultimately she managed to find a space on a corner where she was able to shape shift to a size of a worm and wiggle between netting and fence. I feel like we’d have to invest more $$ to modify fence and/or better secure all bottom parts of netting, and given this was already $300 I didn’t want to spend even more (on top of the other catios). We also wanted to try it out on part of our fencing but would have had to buy at least 4 more kits to do whole yard. I also didn’t love the way it looked. In fairness to company, website suggests calling and they’ll guide you through planning - I’d suggest doing that (I was just nervous I’d end up agreeing to a project costing thousands).

Not worth the price. You don't get enough to cover a medium size fence. We had to go to Lowes and figure out what we could get to finish it. The netting is cheap and doesn't hang like it shows.

No joke with this fence. It has kept my 8 year indoor outdoor cat that could climb out of everything in. She no longer even makes an attempt she has given up and just chills in the backyard. This is my second year with it and I have had no mishaps

This has 100% been a game changer! Now our cats can get out without getting fleas from other pets. They don’t come home with ticks and I know they’re safe from the raccoons and coyotes!! We’ve already expanded it twice and we’re going to do it again!

Installation took a while to complete. Corners were an issue for us. Once installed couple days later noticed big area holes had been chewed into net through out several areas by Squirrels. After paying the price for this we had to purchase 1inch galvanized black coated wire to place on top of other net half way up to the arm bend for its not as flexible as original netting that’s supplied with purchase. But over all we have not had any of our six cats get out or any other animal in.
