High quality dog food. Both of my dogs love it. It's keeping their skin healthy and their coats nice and shiny. One of our dogs seems to have a very sensitive stomach and has had less issues with that since switching to this food.     • Bugs and worms in the food! Unsafe for dogs Amazon shouldn’t sell this!
The media could not be loaded. I bought this dog food because I thought my dog might be allergic to chicken, so I decided to splurge on this one. Unfortunately, it turned into a nightmare. The very first time I offered it to my dog, he wouldn’t eat it, which was unusual. I initially thought maybe it was just the flavor he didn’t like. But then I noticed a couple of black bugs in the food. I brushed it off, thinking maybe they crawled in by accident. By the second time I went to feed him, I saw more of these bugs actually inside the airtight bucket where I store all his food. I’ve never had this issue with any other brand. The third time, it got even worse: I found dried worms and even some that were still alive. Today, the bucket was just infested with black bugs and worms. This is absolutely disgusting and unhealthy for animals. I’ve had to contact Amazon about returning it, and now I have to take my dog to the vet to make sure he hasn’t gotten worms from this food. It’s way overpriced for the quality, and I’ve never seen anything like this happen with dog food before. I don’t know if it was a factory issue or what, but it’s just unacceptable.
