I know a lot of dog foods have too much vitamin D, or are over-cooked, and ultimately end up causing the dogs some problems. I bought this because after googling it appears this brand was the best affordable brand that had the right nutrients and healthiest for a dog. I’ve been feeding pro plan for over 30 years. In opinion this is one of the best dog foods you can feed. I have tried others though out the years.

Convenient for me to buy and get delivered versus getting at the store. I liked this product as my White German Shepherd tends to get gassy with certain foods. She liked the food and the small bites tend to make less messy crumbs than larger bites. The food quality was good and seemed fresh and was delivered in a timely fashion and protected in a carton. I did like this food better than the regular purina brand and it was recommended to me by a dog breeder and a rescue for quality at a good price so that made me feel better because I typically buy more expensive brands. I have dalmatians and one always needs to be careful what you feed your dogs. My dog started on this is puppies from the breeder and have been on it their whole life. My girls look great, they are lean and healthy.

My dog absolutely loves this food. He is 8 and had never loved a food, so that was all the convincing I needed. My one complaint is that they don't make a large kibble as my dog has an underwater and smaller kibble is harder for him to eat.
