Yes, this has corn syrup, and other "processed food" elements that are probably not the best for your dog. BUT it is tasty and soft and if you have an older dog that finds it hard to eat hard dog food, and either can't or don't want to spend money and the effort to feed canned dog food, this is a good option. MY dog is a picky eater and the Purina Moist and Meaty line of food is his favorite. ONE issue.. is with THIS particular listing.. there is an error. As most pet owners know, animals can be SO finicky. Ours loved the product but then played the finicky roll. I, as the mama, loved the convenience of having the packages sealed and easy to feed to our dog.

Man, our dogs love this stuff. We actually use it more as a treat than as regular food. Not sure how it stacks up price-wise, nor nutrition-wise to other dogfood...but considered as a snack, it's the greatest bargain ever. Our #1 use for this is to sprinkle it abundantly on the floor when they need a distraction (from barking at someone, freaking out over guests, fighting, etc.). It says 12 count 6 boxes I only received 1 box anybody in there right mind isn't gonna pay over $24 for 1 box so beware it does say 12 ct 6 boxes will not be buying again total rip off

My dogs are getting older and I’m trying to switch them to softer food. They’ve done well with canned food but I wanted to try something a bit easier to feed. However, I found that they won’t eat this. I tried using it as a treat and they simply dropped it on the floor. This reaction to the food surprised me because I used to have dogs that would eat it.
