With these features, the fillings will always be evenly distributed throughout the comforter, and keep the comforters fluffy. This in turn helps prevent clumping, which is not just uncomfortable but also creates cold spots in the blanket.

This is my first time with a down comforter. Let me say—I am definitely impressed. I was going to buy a more expensive one, but opted for this one with the prime day deal. I was worried I would be sacrificing quality, but I think this is just as good as the more expensive one would be. I fluffed it up in the dryer for 10 minutes, but I think I should have done a little longer. Like maybe 20 minutes. It has corner attachments for tying to your duvet cover which is really nice. I haven’t noticed many loose threads so far, and I’m happy to say there’s no feathers poking me yet. It fit in my queen sized duvet cover perfectly, and I ordered a king size of this comforter. I wanted the extra fluffy look. It does have a little crunch sound but I actually like it. The entire feel makes me feel like I’m in a luxury hotel room. It’s not too hot or not too cold. As Goldilocks would say, it’s just right. I’m a hot sleeper and this works just fine for me. It did have a smell though. It smelled like down pretty bad. Once I put it in the duvet cover it was less noticeable though. I’m going to maybe get some fabric spray just in case. I’m worried it will get less fluffy, but I might remove it from the duvet cover to fluff it up every now and then. I’ll update my review if I run into any issues. Update: The comforter has started to shed down feathers. For the price, I was expecting better quality. I don’t feel any feathers poking through yet, but I saw one outside my duvet cover. I am a cold sleeper and my husband is a warm sleeper. Meaning he puts off so much body heat he gets hot easier, while I am the one piling on 4 blankets, even during the summer. This comfort is amazing in providing both a cooling feeling, but with the heavy sensation of warmth that a nice winter blanket should provide. Upon unwrapping I realized the texture is a very slick feeling. This is pretty warm when I climbed in to bed. I've never owned a comforter like this before. It's got a crunchy sound to it so if you're a light sleeper I don't recommend this. We'll see how it is in the coming weeks.
