I was a big fan of this you I've ordered 4 all together. This last one im very disappointed. The first time using it it definitely wasnt like i remembered and it has since completely stopped working. (No it isnt locked either) it wont do anything not even charge

This want is a nightmare. it wont charge. I can leave it on the charger all day and night and it has no charge because the charging piece keeps falling out it was like thie immediately after opening the box so frustrating
