Balanced and Sturdy
Size Name: 4-8-Feet
This is the way a painters extension pole is suppose to be. Purdy’s power lock secures the 9 inch paint frame tight and secure with no worries at all of possible slippage while painting. This was a big difference compared to the Wooster pole and paint frame. I highly recommend the Purdy system to the Wooster.

Perfect Pole for many tasks
Size Name: 4-8-Feet
This is the pole I was looking for. I needed a sturdy pole to help me train my dog, Springer Spanial, to love chasing birds. I was going to go with a bamboo pole, but thought I'd give this one a try. For the same price as a fixed bamboo pole I bought the adjustable pole. I can not only use it to train my dog but when I paint I'all have it instead of using a step ladder. Also I can put a squeegy on its and clean my windows. Thank's for selling this "4 - 8 foot Professional Grade Pole!

Really helped with our paint project
Size Name: 4-8-Feet
Really liked the versatility of the pole and that it locked securely when being used. No real issues with it other then the weight.

Great, but be wary of how large the 4-8 foot pole is.
Size Name: 4-8-Feet
I use this with the "FullCircle Radius360" sander. Works out great for quickly sanding drywall. I would highly recommend getting the 2-4 foot pole for this use case however, as the 4-8 foot pole is far too long in most cases. I intend to purchase the smaller pole at some point. The pole itself is very sturdy, even at full extension, and, while somewhat heavy, still feels fairly light given its size and strength. I have an issue with the lock release being tough to release at times, but a firm grip is all it takes to remedy that. It does not slide when locked, and is easily adjusted to the length desired with the well made locking mechanism. I have yet to use this for painting, but given how sturdy it is, I highly doubt that there would be any problems securely mounting a roller on it. I recommend this, however, do realize that 4-8 foot is much larger than the numbers sound, and buy the appropriate length for your use case.

Very sturdy so far
Size Name: 4-8-Feet
I got this for painting but found out this can be used for many other things as well. I was able to use this with the https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B017TOUW9S/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and it worked great especially since my exterior walls are very high and this thing will extend just high enough to get those spider webs. I haven't used the lock system yet though. So far this thing has been good. I even used it to wash my car after putting on a scrub brush.

Great all around purpose extension pole
Size Name: 4-8-Feet
Great options for extending at different lengths and lock holds well.

Too heavy, and too bulky for tall but narrow spaces
Size Name: 4-8-Feet
While very sturdy, I found this was pretty heavy and difficult to hold over time. I traded it out for a telescopic version made of metal and it is much easier. Don't recommend this due to its heavy wooden base. Also doesn't get in tight spaces very well. Almost everywhere I've had to paint with this has been too small to use it (like bathrooms).
