My son wanted a non velcro wallet and picked this one out. The wallet is pretty nice. The chain is removable. The chain is extremely cheap and cheap looking. The only reason I got it is because he loved the wallet. I like having the chain for just in case it falls. But it's definitely not a good looking chain. The leather is textured and very tough. As this was a birthday gift for my husband who is a handyman, this is great. He loves that it has a hidden 3rd compartment inside. Nice quality leather wallet.The issue I had with the wallet was that the ring that holds the chain came apart. The rest of the wallet and the craftsmanship was fine. It’s not a big wallet but it’s adequate for most people they just have to improve the connection.
