After a long wait I finally got my printer and on 11/08 I started to watch all the videos before even plugged it in. After following the steps as recommended, I encountered my first issue: ink flushing didn't work! So, I called, text and added customer service but didn't get a reply until 2 hours later (they claim to work 24/7). Once I had their attention, they told me the printer head needed a cleaning (first red flag since I had a "brand new printer") so I followed their instructions. Tried nozzle check didn't work, cleaning head didn't work, so I started to take the ink bank apart as they guided me. When I opened them, I realized the red ink in the bank tips and waste tube line (second photo and second red flag) but I tried to be positive and trust the process. After suctioning ink out of those banks, cleaning the printer head with alcohol (as they told me to do) suctioning waste tube line, do nozzle check, clean print head and repeat all of that several times, I was finally able to print after 6 hours!!!!! After that, they insisted on leaving a good review here so I could get a "discount" on refill inks. Didn't do it because I was not 100% satisfied. I have to say I was pretty happy to see the color on the prints until this past Sunday morning (11/11) after my daily nozzle check, white ink wasn't printing. Again, I tried to contact customer service through skype, phone call, text, but didn't receive an answer until 11/13 (last night) saying "my friend, the printer isn't the problem, but printer head seems to not be working well so you need a new one". I just bought the damn printer!!!!! Then, another person asked me to do the same steps I did at the beginning of this journey (which I did) but nothing seems to work. Needlessly to say, my business is suffering because I've not only wasted my inks and transfers, but I'm not able to print. Avoid this headache and waste of money and go to the procolored website to purchase from there. I will be requesting my money back for sure!!!!

This printer is AWESOME! Take your time and go slow during setup. Follow the directions that come included on the flash drive on how to install it and you will be JUST FINE. If you have any issues, contact technical support. They seem to answer within 12 hours and are VERY HELPFUL! If you get lines in your prints like I did at first, it is probably an easy alignment fix or the printer head just needs cleaning through the software that comes included. Daily maintenance is recommended on this machine but it is nothing extreme by any means. I usually just do a head cleaning daily and print at least 1 bigger image to keep the ink in my lines flowing. If you are good to your machine, your machine will be good to you! I hope to buy more of the printers once my business picks up a little more! AWESOME PRODUCT WITH GREAT TECHINICAL SUPPORT! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE AND AN AWESOME DTF PRINTER! YOU ALL ROCK!!!!!!!

I absolutely love my printer, I’ve had it for a few months now and quality of images are amazing and custom support is awesome. I recently had an error message pop up wasn’t sure what to do and they had an engineer help me remotely within minutes. Definitely worth the price

The media could not be loaded. The printer works very well. There is a bit of a learning curve, and setting up this printer without help from their Skype team is basically impossible. I’ve been able to create amazing images with this printer when it is working properly. If I’ve had any issue, I can message their Skype team and they are able to fix the issues remotely. This is a huge bonus, however, I can only reach their Skype team at night which is not always convenient. I sometimes need to wait a whole day, without printing, before I get a response. Overall, the printer is high quality, and if you are patient and don’t mind waiting for your questions to be answered, then this printer should work for you.

This is the worst experience I've ever had purchasing a product. First I bought this product brand new and it was defective. I contacted the seller and they told me they would fix the printer. When I sent them the printer, they said the printer worked fine and sent me back a refurbished printer instead of fixing and sending me back the printer I purchased. When I contacted the seller back when I noticed the printer I received was a refurbished printer, they only continued to try to convince me the printer worked. I took a huge lost, never received my original printer and never received any money back from them sending me a refurbished printer and the seller keeping the brand new printer I sent to get fixed. Which they agreed to refund me back some of my money. And the refurbished printer worked once and has had issues ever since. I would never recommend this product or purchasing from this company.
