I love the machine so far! Easy to use and set up. Communication has been great from sellers. I've had several questions for the seller since this kind of printing is new to me .Sellers have been very prompt to getting back to me on ALL my questions. They've helped me navigate the printer settings, software and all my silly questions of learning the process. Communication is done through Skype since sellers is in another country. They have provided so many learning videos for me to watch. The help has been on going since this is all new to me. Edit: changed to one star. I spent 2 hours with customer support in the topic mentioned initially. Easy fix and everything was fine. For a few prints! Then all hell broke loose. I have to clean the heads every time I go to print, wasting so much ink. Error lights come on after every print. Called CS again. Spent 3 hours with him telling me to tighten and loosen the belt. Over and over. Never tried anything else. 3 hours! It was obviously a control board or sensor issue but he would not hear it. Was ready to scream after him mentioning the belt a million times. I understood that he thought that was it but after repeating the process a hundred times, it wasn’t it after all. This was absolutely ridiculous. Make sure and watch the videos. They are your instructions. As long as follow it, the process is simple. I had an issue with the white ink a couple days after I bought it but customer service fixed it on the first try! The different time zones made it difficult to reach but nothing a person can’t manage! So far, 100 percent worth it! ... show more

I was super nervous about purchasing this machine for fear of help when I needed it. This printer is awesome and prints beautifully. I did need assistance on a couple of things when I first received it and wow they came through for me. Help was available when I needed it and they guided me through it all. My son purchased this printer for me. I’ve had it a couple of months and have been printing like crazy. The transfers come out in vibrant colors. The RIP software is easy to use. I did have to contact customer service once and they were extremely helpful and even followed up a couple of days later to make sure everything was still working properly. ... show more

    • Printer is not durable DONT PURCHASE!!
Purchased this printer just under a year ago. Mid November the printer stopped working and had a fatal error. Reached out to the company and have been in touch with them for 2 months. I have been made to spend over $300 on parts that have not fixed the issue. $255 of that was for a print head I was told to order in order to get the covered motherboard that shorted out. I get maybe 2 prints then another fatal error code. I have been told it’s not covered by warranty, but it’s less than a year old. I am told that I have to purchase parts that are not needed…oh, and I have been on chat with them for over 18 hours trying to fix things. They refuse to replace it, or refund it. Amazon says they cannot do anything because it’s on the 3rd party company to fix If you care about your own sanity, don’t purchase!! ... show more

I was able to set this up and use it the first day. The instructions could be a little more clear, but the videos they send along definitely help. Was able to set it up and start printing without the help of tech support. Software is not Mac supported so it’s a good thing I had an additional computer I could use. Otherwise no issues at all! Makes beautiful prints that transfer just as beautifully!! Definitely took the fear out after seeing the negative reviews on so many different ones. Tech support and customer service kept in contact through the entire process and still check with me from time to time to make sure I’m not having issues. ... show more

The Punehod DTF R1390 printer is hands down the best version of everything else you might find on Amazon. THIS is the one you want to buy. The engineering and design that Punehod has done to this version is incredible. The white ink has an auto agitator that will help extend the life of your white ink. DTF printing is amazing, the colors of this printer are INCREDIBLE and the detail and resolution it's capable of is astounding!!! DTF printing is not for the faint of heart! You need to ensure you are printing every day and there is per-day or even per-print maintenance that must be done! Thankfully, Punehod makes it so easy to do print head cleanings with one long press of a button! And then even when you're doing it right and printing each and every day, things can still go wrong. I can't say enough good things about Punehod's technical support. We've all had horrible experiences with other companies technical support, but Punehod was INCREDBILE. They were extremely kind and courteous, even through a language barrier. They sent extremely detailed images and videos in REAL TIME over WhatsApp and Skype. Even when I bungled the data ribbon install, they helped me through an extreme repair! I didn't think I could do it, but with their expert engineers, Punehod got our printer working even better than before!!
