So far I've tried it 2 times and I like it. My feet feel smoother than before but I might have to add a liquid form scrub to give it a boost and have it feel smoother.

    • Nice product-- READ INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USE!
Make sure you read the how to use properly instructions before you use it! I did it the wrong way the first time because I was in such a rush to use it and didn't bother to read directions first lol. You're actually supposed to soak your feet, wet the stone and apply some soap to it beforehand. I'm sure it would've made a difference. All in all, my product arrived on time and in good/new condition. It did remove quite a bit of dead skin on my heels and they feel better/smoother afterwards even though I did it the wrong way first use. It is a beautifully made pumice stone and seems like it will last a long time, but it is real terracotta so be careful not to drop it. ... show more

    • Great natural alternative to plastic "pumice" stones and lasts a LONG time!
When I saw how many "pumice" stones were actually made up of plastics, I looked for an alternative that wouldn't result in micro plastics getting out into the environment. I'm so glad I found this product. It's lasting me a long time, and the rough side has been very good at gently removing calluses on my feet when I shower. I've found that rinsing it after each use has done a good enough job of keeping it clean and clear of build-up. However, occasionally soaking in hot water and using a scrub brush is recommended. I've also occasionally added apple cider vinegar to the hot water soak to kill off bacteria or fungus.... works great and I've never had to replace it. I will say that I wish the handle had a hole for a rope / wrist strap - if you drop this it could break as it is terracotta. Can't recommend strongly enough to get this instead of plastic-based "pumic" stones. It's a genuinely cleaner alternative that's friendlier to the Earth. ... show more

I used this to great effect on my heels and back of my feet to remove some old dead skin in the shower and it works well. Had to put some oompf into it since there was thick skin. Just be careful when you do so, just know your own body and when to stop. Not sure what the moisturizing rating is here for what is essentially a clay paddle but there you go.     • Works pretty good
After using this twice, most of my heel is smooth. Not as much as I would like but better than when I started. I am sure this will last a long time, it is thick and well made.

    • Better than salon callus treatment
This terra cotta pumice stone is amazing! You can use it wet or dry. It removes that stubborn dry skin on the ankles and bottoms of feet with ease. Washes easily and have a 5 year life span.

    • Orange, Breakable But still worth it
The handle will probably break off but it’s still useable easy to hold in your palm if so. The orange bleeds out a bit so I use it outside after the pool with a dab of soap or lotion on the coarse side and flip for the smoothing then just hose it off after. It’s easy to clean and last longer than any pumice stone I’ve owned. ... show more
