The white with red and black accents sneakers were the wrong size they were supposed to be size 11 and were a 9 not happy with mistake black puma's were perfect what to do about it would like the white ones to be size 11 also please advise thank you

No arch support in these shoes. Has an insert that is glued to the shoe so it can't be removed which is about 1/2 an inch of spongy material; that;'s your arch support. Good looking shoe with lots of toe room. A good casual semi-dress shoe to wear with jeans if you won't be doing a lot of walking. Definitely not a shoe to wear if you plan to walk around a lot during the day as no arch support and the extra roominess allows your feet to slide around, which can lead to blisters. I almost left them at our vacation spot due to the lack of support, but they will be good for casual wear as long as I don't plan on walking more than 1 mile in them per day. Don't know how they can call this a 'cross trainer' when it provides no support for your foot. ... show more
