This vanity and sink are awesome. The sink is beautiful and well constructed. Set includes a very nice faucet set. So much storage too! Looks great and fits nicely into a small space.

I assembled this item with ease. It took about 3 hours, could have been less, just taking my time. The instructions are fairly clear, just illustrations, no text. The center shelf has a slot in it which is position toward the rear of the unit. I had to cut the shelf and enlarge the slot to allow the vanity to be positioned around my drain trap and the hot & cold water valves. Make sure you secure the drain to the basin and check for leaks before you mount the basin with sealant to the vanity top. The faucet was easy to attach. It is rather tall so you will notice it has some slight movement if pressed to hard, even though it is firmly anchored. You will need a 1-1/4 inch flexible tubing to connect the basin drain to your trap, unless you are lucky enough to have the trap and basin drain line up! I cut and removed the baseboard to allow my vanity to be flush with the rear wall. That was a bit of a project...Overall I recommend this item , I feel like it is great value and I am happy with the purchase and finished product. ... show more

I have assembled many pieces of furniture, and this is by far the most worthless Chinese piece of junk that I have ever laid my hands on. The material is cheap, the instructions do not make sense, and my vanity even came in a little damaged, but I was willing to accept that. I thought this was a decent buy from the reviews that I read, but this was a waste of $300 and some change. I just dropped this thing off at the dump and immediately wrote this review. This vanity is very pretty but it was hard to assemble because it was missing holes where it was supposed to have them so I had to drill my own and the shelf dose NOT have the right size hole to pass the water pipe through so I had to ask my contractor to saw a pice if it off to make room… If I had not ripped my old sink vanity off already I would have returned this item . ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The holes where the cam screws and the wooden dowels on pieces #2 and #3 are switched, making piece #6 not fit correctly. My husband will have to drill his own holes to fix it and make the cabinet usable. In the picture, the wooden dowel and cam screws are placed next to the holes they are SUPPOSED to fit in. As shown, the wooden dowel will not fit into the hole because it was drilled to fit a cam screw, and vice versa. Update 2 days later: my husband rigged it to work, only for us to find out more things wrong with the cabinet. Missing holes for the corner irons on both sides…found the holes punched randomly in the front. ... show more
