I bought several of these to replace some World Market wood Adirondacks that had gotten damaged over the year (2 of them with wood rot — they did not hold up well exposed to weather): it took a little to adjust to the slight differences in styling but, as time went by, I found I preferred the aesthetic of these chairs over the World Market design (although, honestly, the World market colors were prettier — this is particularly true of the Blue, World market had a beautiful pale Caribbean blue that worked well with their other pale pastels: coral, yellow and lime; with these the yellow, lime and orange look great together but the turquoise/blue and Red don’t seem to be part of the same color palette — I really wish they had a pale blue.). These chairs DO NOT look waxy or plastic, as another vinyl chair I previously purchased was, these all they have a subtle and convincing wood texture. My color comparison was more of a compliment to World Market, for it’s excellent and harmonious color palette, than a complaint — these colors anre all nice but not all colors harmonize with each other. My only real complaint is that these chairs are quite heavy — this can be a plus in storms but it’s an effort to move them around. The manufacturer made very smart decisions choosing which parts to pre-assemble and, for the most part, assembly was a breeze. The caveat (after assembling over 4 of them): the arm rest with the cup holder is weighted such that it tends to want to twist out of alignment before it is screwed together. This can easily lead to cross threading. As long as you're aware of this and applying extra pressure on the top to keep it square, this won’t be a problem.

I was thrilled to receive the four Psilvam Adirondack chairs. The first two chairs are perfect. The last two each have significant cracks and one had a whole piece broken off. I would like a replacement for both. Update: After contacting the Psilvam company I was informed that I will receive replacements for the two damaged chairs. Customer service have been polite and professional. I am upgrading my review to 4 stars. I will definitely change it to 5 once I receive the two additional chairs in good condition. Awesome customer service so far. UPDATE!!! 11/17/2023 Psilvam’s customer service has been excellent. I received my two replacement Adirondack chairs promptly and they are flawless. I am very happy Psilvam puts customer satisfaction first and foremost. I recommend the chairs and the sellers Psilvam. I am changing my rating to 5 out of 5 stars.

I don't waste time writing reviews, but I cannot speak highly enough about these chairs--and the customer service from Psilvam. That is what motivated me to sit down and do it now. I bought multiple chairs. They were ALL easy to put together--only 12 bolts and the tool they ship with it--and it's done. Had issues with a couple of the chairs and the company addressed them right away. Delivery time for the chair shipments and replacement parts were speedy. Quality is outstanding. Well made. VERY sturdy. Good design--including the drink holders. I have high winds where I live and these things are not budging. Nice to know they aren't ending up in the pool. If I am really concerned about wind sheers and 70 to 80 mph winds, I'll just lay them face down, but I wouldn't be surprised if that didn't even affect them. Pick your color, place your order, and after arrival, within 30 minutes or less of putting it together, you'll be sitting and sipping drinks. (I say 30 minutes, because I did it by myself. The instructions recommend a second person when putting on the back, but I figured out a way to do it on my own--and it still progressed fast. A drill with a hex bit would make it even faster.)

Why: Very easy to assemble. With an electric screw driver it took an hour to assemble 6, 10 min per (helper required). High quality materials and robust design. These will withstand whatever nature throws at them. We feel confident leaving them out 24/7. It really does look more like real wood than the stamped woodgrain ones do. The brown look like opaque stained wood. The seat design, slightly higher and curved up in back, makes them easier to get in and out of. (Pads make them more comfortable.) Ones of this quality can cost much more, these are a bargain. Highly recommended.

These chairs are really well designed and built and they are easy to put together. I suggest using a drill with a bit to tighten the allen bolts, this will save lots of assembly time. The wrench provided is OK but no where near as quick. The chairs look great on our patio. The finish is good but marks and stains very easily with water, or whatever is on your fingers. The good news is that it is easy to wipe them down.
