Bought these LED lights to replace my existing (plastic) LED lights that were old, some extinguished and starting to crack on our Tritoon boat. I really like the rubber-like gasket/housing that easily pressed into to the 3/4” hole followed by pressing the actual blue LED bulb into this housing. This rubber gasket housing fit snug in the 3/4” holes and should be a nice seal for keeping splashed water out. The number of actual wire strands inside each of the +/- wire casing was a bit “thin” as I found myself breaking off a few of the wire strands after stripping each wire. Other that that, the Install was easy, the LED’s are bright and they look good too. I am very pleased with these LED’s and especially at this price point. Thx! ... show more

    • Drill your hole 11/16, then they fit perfectly

These are excellent. Their waterproof, plenty enough bright, seem to be built, durable, and are easy to install. Just make sure that you don't over drill your hole, 11/16 is perfect. Other than that, they are great.

I just installed 6 of these in blue as kick / courtesy lights in the main cabin of my 50’ racing sailboat and quite impressed. Easy to install with a 3/4” drill bit and basic wiring skills. They are bright enough to provide safety at night but not bright enough to affect night vision on deck. And such a low power drain they can basically stay on all night when racing in overnight races. For the price these are good, They won't light up a yacht like in the picture though. I put 7 inside the 74"x48" base area of my jon boat and they have a decent green glow, but I'd probably still need to use a flash light if I needed to tie on any new lures or anything. The ones I put in my battery and storage hatches seem to work out better since its a smaller enclosed space. For the price seem to be a good deal. ... show more

These give off enough light to see inside my kayak without blinding me or attracting bugs. Great purchase for what I needed them for. In the picture, you can't see two of the lights because of my feet. But you can see the light they are emitting behind my feet for me to see in my tackle box and tie my hooks, etc. ... show more

I have a Gemmy ghost reaper Halloween inflatable that all the LEDs went out after about 25 hrs of use... their company offered no help so I had to improvise. Took a shot in the dark and ordered these lights because they were the closest to the original ones I could find. Made some modifications to the original wiring and these lights were PERFECT!! They were on every night for about 6 hrs thru the month of October 2021... Several rain soaked days... they all worked flawlessly and are the perfect brightness for this installation.
