    • Couldn’t get sub amp to deliver sound. No help/reply at all from company
Worst customer service ever. I couldn’t get my stereo system to transmit subwoofer sound, so I contacted Soundavo via email - four times, and phone - twice over a 10 day period asking for help. NO RESPONSE from them.

I bought it 3 months ago, and this subwoofer work well in my system. The subwoofer was powerful and stable. I love it.

    • Low Quality and Not Built To Last
Product worked well for less than 90 days and finally and suddenly died. It was used to power a 15" Klipsch Sub woofer (where the internal amp failed). I opted for this as a solution and regret it. If they will replace the unit under warranty, I will happily update this review...bummer.
