I bought a new mountain bike. Our small town has a paved 'loop' which is 7 miles long around the town. At the end of that ride with the regular grips I was feeling it in my wrists. I've only taken the new grips on a shorter ride, but already they are saving me a lot of wrist pain and tension...I'll report more later, but these seem to really be just what I needed!....part two. could be my fault. with the new grips my pinky fingers went numb on a 7 mile ride. could be that I wasn't paying attention and leaned into the bars too much....could be I have them on incorrectly angled? I'm going over my bike set up -seat height, handlebar height, etc-and see what's up. BUT I really do think they are great...a good idea if you ride more than to school or whatnot. ... show more

After I read other reviews i decided on using school glue to slide them onto the bars. I didn’t have to use hammer or any special tools. I was able to twist on into position, let the glue dry. They don’t budge. Very comfortable grip. I would recommend

I got these to give me some wrist support and they work well. When you install them I suggest hair spray because when it dries it will lock on the grips. Even without it they hold very well.
