I own a few other guitars (a Dean Thorough X, an ESP LTD KH Ouija, and a Savannah acoustic that I use daily for finger work), and while I enjoy all of them, this PRS instantly stood out. this to me is one of the best SOUNDING(the important part) guitars i ever played with all stock parts. it was hinstlynperfectly setup out the box. i thinkni had to tune that damn g string. ok why 4 not 5. i have other prs n prs se's. the se's made in korea are just as perfect as the cores to me. i imagine this is an indonesia thing well im sure most players know what i mean. so A. 4/6 tuner screws are stripped out. B. the tuner nuts were not flip flop loose but turn by hand loose. AND it still held its tuning thru shipping. changes in temperature. it sat on the porch in 32 degrees for 3 hours. i did the acclimating thing for 24 hours then left in the gig bag for 4 then played it. 1 month later time to change the strings n infound that. i didnt check the guitar out at all but it didnt give me a reason to ... show more

Best guitar for the money. I like the look. Stays in tune because it doesn't have the whammy bar that so many PRS guitars have. The neck works well for me and I'm happy with the pick up ( I never use the neck pick up, LOL). I wish I had this as a first guitar, I believe I would been a better player sooner. ... show more

It was a gift and it was really appreciated. My only suggestion would be to include a picture of the gig bag the guitar comes in with PRS guitars. They provide a very nice gig bag compared to other manufacturers & Amazon could use it as a selling point.
