Very elegant design and packaging was done with care, it even included a note from the device designer. It functions as intended, operate 3 devices with ease, 1 with the usb driver and the other two via bluetooth. Bluetooth connectivity happens fast, by the time you lift your finger off the button, it's already connected to the other device. The size is compact and seems to be built with quality material. The palm rest is very comfortable, especially when the back is elevated which provides a true ergonomic palm rest, unlike other keyboards which do the exact opposite. I recommend this 100%. I have been using it for over a month now. And I only had to charge it once.

I've been using various ergonomic keyboards and mice over the years, and I can say this one is good. The keyboard is well built, with low keys that does not make your hands tired while typing, angle/location of keys is about right for me, and USB connection is responsive to commands. In short, it's a keeper. The reasons I gave 4/5 are: the top corner keys are a bit too far (not too bad) while Up/Down/Sides arrow keys are too small, mouse gliding is a bit too sticky for me, and 3 yellow Command buttons F1/F2/F3 have very poor choice of color. Here's the details. Top Corner keys: the top left/right keys should go sideway instead of further north so I can reach them by turning my hands instead of having to lift up my arms to get to them. The arrow keys (bottom right) are a bit too small; as the result, I often typed on the next keys. Mouse is a bit sticky so I had to put more force moving it; thus, it becomes less precise. I can see other people like it b/c it's not too fast for them, but I'm used to the Microsoft ergo mouse's sensitivity. Command buttons' colors: they have light blue on yellow, and the combo makes it hard to read the letter. Why not just black on yellow, dark on light?

I have worked on a split ergo keyboard for quite some time and wanted a compact version. I tried multiple other maker's versions, and finally decided to try the ProtoArc EKMO4. It arrived so beautifully packaged. I turned it on and it connected immediately to my computer and worked immediately. I particularly love the hard wrist rest and with the feet opened, the angle is perfect. While I wish my personal preference is that the keys were a bit less "clicky," all in all I would have to say this is a solid 5. I won't hesitate to go to ProtoArc for my next office need.

This keyboard and mouse have a nice feel - solid, substantial, great to use. However, they are not truly wireless because the batteries for both devices are built in and rechargeable. The batteries are not replaceable. Therefore, the devices require you to wire them to a power source at least occasionally. I have just received this product and do not know how long the rechargeable battery lasts. I could expect months of performance from two AA batteries in my previous mouse, and years of performance from two AAA batteries in my previous keyboard -- which both were truly wireless.

I really like this keyboard except for one item. The wireless interface sporadically causes key presses to be missed or duplicated. Making sure the batteries are high and changing the frequency of nearby devices (e.g., headsets) gets it almost to a tolerable state, but Bluetooth is the only solution that provides acceptably reliable communication between keyboard and computer. Sadly, I use several computers via a KVM and constantly switching Bluetooth is a non-starter. If only the wireless keyboard could talk USB over a cable, then this would be a 5 star review. I do not use the mouse. I find having both forward/backward buttons on the thumb side of the mouse does not work for me.

I love using this keyboard. It's the perfect size. I've never used the 10 keys on the normal keyboard, so when I discovered that there was a '10 keyless' option, I was so happy! I discovered it from a friend who had this keyboard 'prescribed' to her to help with her wrist movement while typing. Less of a reach to get to the keys from the mouse.
