    • Stopped working after second use.
Unfortunately, it stopped working almost entirely after the second use. To be clear, I'm not forceful nor do I do anything of the sort which would cause the device to malfunction. Both vibration and thrust no longer function, although the lights do illuminate upon proper button presses. The lights also look as if they're functioning normally except there is no corresponding action from the rest of the device.Attempting app control of the device results in the same lack of functioning. When I connect it to the charger, the lights will blink on and off for 20 minutes (estimate) and then remain steady, indicating a full charge however the device is still unusable. Well, the mechanical aspects of it are unusable. There is no damage I can see to the exterior and I have never submerged the device even while cleaning. Nor do I use any abrasive cleaners. Made well, easy to clean, and powerful enough to use in a small peach. The button system takes an extra second to get used to (you have to activate the vibrating and thrusting feature separately), but once you get the hang of it, it becomes second nature. My only gripe is that I wish the thrusting was more powerful, as it makes a clicking sound when "bottoming out." I don't dock it points though because it is definitely case by case. So i received this item in the mail a week or a little over a week ago. Once I received it, it was in a discrete packaging. I opened it up, and right away it looked powerful. I was hesitant to use this because it looked to big. Last night 5/10/23, my husband and I were in the mood. We USED IT!!!! This is an amazing product. I definitely would recommend this to anyone! Initial unit was charging properly, but vibrating half died in 2 weeks, trying for a replacement. Customer service reached out to me to arrange a replacement quickly, the replacement is working fine. I'm glad their customer service reached out to me - I didn't want to chat with an Amazon rep to tell them what's wrong so I could get a return label.
