theres a reason its been around for so long, great moisturizing, great smell, doesn't feel like you have a bunch of junk on your skin, real smooth, no burn, and my wife loves the way it smells and feels, real smooth, and its Italian so it has to be good..lol

As some of the other reviews stated, the old formula was indeed much better. It was a lot more potent, so you only needed a small drop each time. This new formula is also a lot thicker and less pleasant. All in all, this new formula feels a lot more like a lotion and a lot less like a balm. Won't be buying it again. ... show more

I’ve been buying this version of Proraso aftershave for years. It’s gone through a couple of bottle design changes but it’s always the same creamy liquid inside. This has a very light scent that doesn’t linger very long which is a positive. There is a wonderful moisturizing tingle after application that doesn’t burn at all. I use a Nivea aftershave on the daily for just face lotion but this is my go-to for pure skin calming aftershave lotion. It has just enough viscosity to not be runny. It’s just the best!
