I bought the 7 1/2 XXwide, which is exactly what my foot measures. Normally I have to get 8- 8 1/2 W in other shoes, just for the width. There is plenty of room in the toe box which is exactly what I need. Many wide widths, in other shoes, still have a tight toe box. The elastic band stretches comfortably, even with my swollen ankles, and the mesh upper allows extra room where you need it. They are light weight on your feet, good for walking. There is no arch support however, but I added an orthotic and still had room. I like the style, definitely don't look like old lady shoes. I'll probably get another pair just to have it.

I bought these shoes and wore them almost every day for three weeks touring Guatemala. They were very comfortable and versatile. I love that the light brown ones I bought have a little sparkle in the fabric. They look cute with almost any outfit--dresses, skirts, shorts, hiking pants, jeans. I even used them at the pool one day. The color is so versatile, they matched every item I packed. The shoe is especially good for travel because it is so light on the foot yet feels substantial when walking. The top of the shoe also squashes down nicely, reducing the space they take up in luggage. The strap across the top keeps the shoe well adhered to the foot. I knocked off a star for two reasons: after wearing for three weeks, the fabric on the inside sole is starting to peel a little at the back. In addition, while the inside sole has a good amount of give, shaping it to the foot somewhat, it lacks arch support.

Love the white for summer. Good arch & heel support. Goes thru the washer on gentle. Probably Perm Press cycle? Easily on & off due to design of the elastic straps. Still looks dressy if you’re on your feet all day. i had a pair of propet sneakers that lasted years and also quite comfy. Hard to find a wide toe box w/ good support. Highly recommend. Just wish they had a light gray option.

These shoes are some of the most comfortable walking shoes I’ve worn. I usually wear Asics. I wanted these for an upcoming trip to Europe. They are lightweight and the Mary Jane style allows a bit control over their width. I have narrow feet and bought the normal width. Unfortunately, the way they’ve attached the velcro on the strap limits how much you can loosen these shoes. I included a picture to show the small leather area which is the only part of the strap that can be used to adjust the strap. If you try to bend the Velcro around the metal loop, it won’t reach to grab the Velcro it attaches to and you’ll step out of the shoe. I hope my feet don’t swell during a day of walking, because I would need to make them looser and there’s not much room for that. The material allows a lot of air circulation, which is good in warm weather, but did make my feet a little cold trying them out at the end of winter. It would also allow your feet to get wet. It is great for my hammer toe, though. It has give. All that being said, maybe if I returned them for a wide I would solve the problem. Unfortunately, since they are comfortable for normal daily use I have worn them a bunch and can’t return them!

I had wanted to buy a name brand shoe but they didn't have the shoe I wanted in white so this is the first time with this brand. Compared to Skechers they are not near as comfortable in that there is not as much cushion on the insole. Outside however they look great and are probably as durable.

I like the style, they are very comfortable until you keep wearing them which is about two weeks now. Then they start getting looser, which means not a good fit anymore need to keep tightening strap more
