Setting aside the inevitable inconvenience that one must deal with when using ear hooks, which do not allow charging the AirPod Pros without removing the ear hooks, these hooks are easy to slip on and off, and allow me to wear my AirPod Pros on long runs or bike rides, and while doing anything else. This is important for me because, with the AirPods' new ability to hold a custom audiogram (after the Apple app hearing test), I use my AirPods as a reasonable replacement for hearing aids. These ear hooks not only keep the AirPods in, but preserve the good tip fit necessary for effective sound cancelation or use as hearing aids.

Love these things they hold up well an preform their intended function well. Airports now stay in my ear and I feel confident while doing activities that the are not going to fall out. Also the sound quality and noise suppression work well as the airpods stay in my ear better. Worth the price. Wish there was a better way to caatach them to the case vs the keychain holder. But still 5 stars

So far so good. Just used them for a long walk and my airpods didn't fall out. They were very comfortable and work as described. I'll do another review once I use them on a run. I'm pleased to say the least. Update: I've been using this for a couple of weeks now. My airpods don't fall out when I run and don't fall out when I'm at the gym. Unfortunately, I have to keep taking them off the airpods when I place the airpods back in their charging case so I'm concerned that all that of that taking them on and off will decrease their lifespan, but they're cheap enought so that I'll probably invest in another set. It's a sad commentary on Apple products that they can't manufacture a product that doesn't require a third-party accessory to use their product to its fullest potentential. I was shying away from using the airpods just bcd they wouldn't stay in my ears. Perhaps it's only me???

I upgraded to the gen 2 AirPods Pro, and the form factor is the same but the sensors are in different spots so I had to buy a new set of these ear hooks with cut-outs in the right places to keep the good sound quality. My ears are weird and no earbuds of any kind will stay in place without some kind of a hook. These ones came with two different sizes, which is nice. The larger size snaps into my ear and feels super secure but gets uncomfortable after an hour. The smaller size feels less secure but way more comfortable and they didn't even feel like they might fall out during a hot sweaty run or laying back on a weight bench. I only want to use then when I'm exercising so I don't mind that they don't fit in the case. The case they come with is nice and comes with pretty good quality little carabiner clip so I keep it at easy reach in my bag.

For the most part, the Airpod Pro earbuds do a decent job of staying in (versus the last two iterations that wouldn't stay in if I happened to look in any direction other than forward). But, there was still that feeling and doubt that made me worry that they may fall out for whatever reason. After looking for weeks to find something that would work (including some that apparently caused some of the functionality of the earbuds to not work because it covered it up), these popped up. I was hesitant b/c it seemed so new and there were so few reviews, but in the end, figured if it worked, great! If not, then that would be reflected in this review. Ultimately, I'm happy to report that they work exactly like they should, minus a single flaw that can be overlooked, if you're willing to deal with the slight inconvenience. The package arrived (thank you, Prime!) quickly, and the box looks like any box that would contain these sorts of things. I don't know, there's nothing special to report there. What's nice is that they include 3 pairs (all the same size) that fit very snugly over each earbud, and each cover does NOT...cover...the little black, whatever-they-are-they-look-like-vents. Airpod functionality is not affected as they still pause when you take them out of your ears. The stems are obviously not affected, and once they're in your ears, they do a good job of holding the Airpod in place (despite some extremely vigorous headshaking) I have only two requests for future versions of these: 1. Make different size "wing" tips. Mine fit ok, and the tip doesn't push too hard into the ear; just enough to hold the earbud in place. 2. The case doesn't close when you put the earbuds into the charging case. #1 would just be nice. As far as #2 is concerned, however, that cannot be helped. The Airpod Pros are not designed to have any add-ons as they would interfere with the case closing. I tried giving it a squeeze to close the case (very gently), but no dice. You'll just have to pop them off, but they come off so quickly and easily that it shouldn't be a problem. I'd recommend getting a case for your Airpod Pros (yes, a case for the case), and store the additional earbud tips that way. Overall, I'm very satisfied with these. I've paired these with some memory foam tips to get a better seal as well. Not necessary, but it helps. Anyway, great purchase and great item! TL;DR Pros - Does not interfere with primary functionality - Keeps each earbud very secure in the ear (YMMV) - Easy to pop on and off each earbud - Comes in three pairs in case you lose any of them Cons - Can't close the case with them on - Tips are only one size

I really like this item as it does help to keep my AirPods securely in my ears. At least for 1 ear it does. You receive a small and a large in this set and the small is fine for one of my ears but a little loose for me. The large does not fit well and the hook always pops out in my other ear. I feel like I need a medium size to really keep things in place for both ears. A medium should have been included in the set. Other than this issue the item does work well. My AirPods only fell out a couple of times during intense situations like running. They are easy to attach as it takes me probably a minute since I am very used to it now. Removing is very quick so I don’t understand some complaints about the hassle. It’s a much bigger hassle when your pod pops out and falls down the elevator shaft. This has happened to me in the past. Do yourself a favor and keep your AirPods safe with this item. I don’t understand why Apple doesn’t build the pods to not so easily slip out in the first place.
