I'm not a hat girly and never have been. I got this because my son plays baseball and I get a lot of sun being there for his practices and games. The only negative I have to say about this hat is that the cloth on the inside is bunched up with the stitching in the front portion of my forehead. Like right in the middle. It causes some irritation and a red spot.

I won't wear hats, ever. Uo until this one, I didn't even own a hat. If any style. But my husband has something planned for my birthday, and he won't tell me anything other than I need a hat. Ugh. I have so much hair- it's heavy and with mixed curl/wave. If I need a hat, that probably means outside and that means I will sweat. I don't want heavy sweaty hair on my neck. So I looked around and discovered hates for ponytails! What?!? Yes please. I had no idea what size or style I would need to fit me. I grabbed this based on price point. When it came I tried it on and it fit comfortably. I can get my ponytail high and tight and it fits just fine. I am getting used to wearing a hat, but I can say it is wearing well. I don't love the way the side near the bill looks- it's like puffy? But it will probably change as time goes on. I have had no issues with too much sunlight (I am sensitive to direct light) so I would say the bill is a good length. I love the semi worn out look. Overall very happy with this hat.

The color of this hat is just like the photo, maybe even better in person. The front material is thick and seems durable the mesh on the back also feels like quality. What didn't look like the picture was the fit. I feel like I have an average size head and I was able to use the strap on the back to draw the hat in to fit. When I did, it created a point on the top of my head that was not flattering (see photo). I think it's due to how the hat was put together. Instead of three seams like most hats it has two and a point pinched at the top (see photos). It looks great and if you don't have to cinch it down too far to fit your head, then it will look great! The model in the picture clearly didn't have that problem.

Very cute! Fits my small head and my ponytail just right with the Velcro adjustment band. Color is like the picture. The stars have a glittery topcoat. Buying one for my sister in blue! Price it great. The fabric is high quality, love the distressed look and the shape holds up.
