Protects your hearing, BUT you can enjoy simple sounds and not worry about loud noises…..
Color: Electronic-silicone Ear Pads-black
The Prohear 022 is everything I wanted and needed in a hearing protector. I have shot long distance shooting with large caliber rifles and competitive IHMSA using a 44 magnum and .357 Super Mag and over time I have a hearing issue and Tinitus. I am a medical ER Doctor and in order to be able to continue to shoot firearms I needed a very good set of hearing protectors that would protect my hearing. Also the Prohear also amplifies sounds 5X and any noise 29 db gets cancelled out extremely fast. What is an added benefit they also can be used as a hearing aide to hear television so I can hear what is happening on tv without having to read the captions. Another GREAT thing it does is when Grandkids come over I can hear what they say BUT the Prohear 022 also performs a fantastic feat when the Grandkids occasionally has a LOUD outburst that normally hurt my ears and making me get to a quiet place fast as it is painful and as you get older that type of noise echos in your brain for several minutes and is very Un-nerving. HOWEVER …. The noise cancellation blocks out that noise very quick so I can enjoy my family, be out in public, go to church where small children cry rather loudly or scream etc, and the noise cancellation works great. So going out to stores etc is not an issue. Small children screams or outbursts can be around 92 db which is painful to senior citizens. It not only cancels noise but it does it very quickly. So I can shoot any of my firearms, amplify sounds so I can hear and join in with conversations, listen to television, and protect my hearing and sanity if a child has a loud outburst etc. As far as quality of the product would rate it 100%. The fit and long duration of wearing them is very comfortable, and it feels like what a quality piece of high end equipment should be. Also I can continue to shoot my firearms as well as my PCP big bore Airguns, without damaging my hearing anymore that it has from past shooting with lesser quality hearing protectors. With the new Technology available to cancel out damaging noise, I am very happy to know that Prohear is using this technology that makes life enjoyable to hear and converse normally with people, but also protects our hearing so loud, sudden noises will not deprive us of losing any more of our precious hearing. Now prescription hearing aids can do these same things as the Proclear in a much smaller compact form BUT….the hearing aids with noise cancellation are around 2300.00 plus and the Proclear 022 is around. 56.00 . The AAA batteries, (2) last a long time and are easy to install. Also if I wear the Prohear out in public places they are not that big where they stand out. I am not anymore embarrassed to wear my Prohear O22 hearing protectors with noise cancellation than I would with over the ear hearing aids. I just want to be able to hear in public and knowing I am protected from loud noises to stop furthering future damage to my ears. DrDave. Utah

WOW!
Color: Electronic-silicone Ear Pads-black
I had put off purchasing shooting hearing protection for a while as the prior over-the-ears set that I had had (old) muffled the sound well but active noise cancellation left a lot to be desired. What impresses me tremendously about this set is the frankly amazing level of sound AMPLIFICATION that one can so readily achieve and yet, with such short latency times, do such a solid job of active noise cancellations during active fire. The comfort is good - not great - but overall it is hard to explain how extremely satisfied I am with this purchase. I also have the Axil in-ear active noise cancellation plus hearing amplification (when not shooting) and they are good but the amplification potential is not NEARLY as impressive. I was willing to pay top dollar, but thought I would at least test these out before doing so. If you are looking for tremendous capability at sound amplification while at the same time truly solid shooting noise suppression and good fit/comfort, these may be exactly what you are seeking. For me, I have found my nearly perfect hearing protection for indoors and outdoor shooting.

Next level hearing protection
Color: Electronic-silicone Ear Pads-black
The hearing protection that boosts options and abilities for use. The headset has performed well for me at the range by allowing me the ability to protect my hearing in addition to communicating, clearly. Additional uses are well within a hearing protected imaginative range.

Ear Protection
Color: Electronic-silicone Ear Pads-black
Works good, good sound quality. Not sure they are 29dB. But are at least 23db. They come with a set of foam plugs, which don’t work for me, (none of them do) thats why I ordered the muffs. Not sure they are required to get to 29dB.

Best noise cancellation I've found.
Color: Electronic-silicone Ear Pads-black
Better noise cancellation than three other active noise cancellation headphones I've bought before. I particularly like that it works together with my hearing aids, to be sure I hear my range trainer's instructions clearly, while not being bothered by overloud noises. I also have and like Apple Airpod Pros, both versions 2 and 3, and those do NOT stop sudden loud noises, so can be used with these headphones, but cannot be a safe substitute for them at the range. Get the option for a gel ear cushion. It will last longer and work better and more comfortably, so is worth the added cost.

Perfect for the range or noisy environments!
Color: Electronic-silicone Ear Pads-black
I bought these for shooting at the range, and I wanted to be able to hear when people are talking. These work perfectly! There's another brand out there that are basically identical to these except it has a little, red LED amplifier is on. That's not worth twice the price! At a 29 decibel rating, they are about the highest available, and the ear padding is perfect

Great fit and outstanding noise reduction!
Color: Electronic-silicone Ear Pads-black
Fit and feel as good as my old Howard Leight Impact Sport's electronic earmuffs. These have more protection.(29dB SNR vs Howard Leight 22dB SNR). Noise cancelling is just as quick and sound pick up is very good. These came with a nylon storage bag, too.
