This is a nice fitness mirror with tons of videos to train by. It doesn't take up a lot of space and was pretty easy to put together. Even though the instructions suggest having 2 people to put it together I was able to do it by myself. The weights are basic and yes if you are not an amateur you will need some additional weights. they hang up on you. they give you the run around. so far no luck installing the new device which does not recognize the online acct. this co CS is a disaster. device is a monster - too heavy - cannot install easily nor do they send ppl like peloton does. just dump it & take off.

    • Setup is Not Straight Forward
I found the assembly of the product to be slightly difficult because of the weight of the exercise mirror (about 140 pounds). It is hard to manipulate. That turned out to be easier than getting the mirror to work. Without a post I found on Pinterest, that would never have happened. Apparently the software the product automatically installs when it updates is flawed and will not work correctly. Why haven't they updated the software to let customers avoid this problem? The Pinterest post allowed to force another update that let the mirror work. I do like the mirror so I only deducted a single star. It took about three hours to get it to work. ... show more

It works great. It did have a hiccup in the beginning after the first few uses. I had to call ifit and they helped fix it right away. Now it works wonderfully. I ended up buying at more than half off. So, it was a good buy for my wife's birthday present.

So it’s really heavy. You will need two people and a long thin screwdriver- the hooks are impossible to get on with out it. For over a week I was trying to log on & start the workouts - but it was not loading properly- after a deep dive on the Internet I posted the reboot/ update that had me going in no time! I have the Ifit mirror it is great when it worked but like everyone else the touch screen doesn’t work anymore I called customer service and they said it is $750 for the part to fix the issue but they also admitted that it has a programming issue but they refuse to do the right thing and repair it all they want is $750 for a new screen so in 6 months the same issue will happen and they will try to get another $750 for there lack of doing the right thing and fixing the issue in the programming. There customer service is terrible I wish I could get my money back ... show more

My phone has numerous yoga programs, and on the Vue, I can connect only with 4. So I don't know what the reason is exercises are extremely limited. ... show more
