It is important to note that at smallest neck size (the tightest) it is on the last snap, at a 16" neck size. So, in order to use the cape, it will only be held on by 1 snap at the tightest, smallest adjustment. Tried it out during hair cut and wearer says it is more comfortable, breathes better so it is not as hot as the standard cheap plastic barber cape that comes in a hair clipper set.
