Here is a before and after picture of my hair prior to using these glue beads. So I have been using u-tip and i-tip extensions for years. I am familiar with keratin beads and how to install and remove the extensions. I am not a licensed cosmetologist, so I did use these products at my own risk. The installation with this tool and the beads went well. The tool works just as well as any other tool, however, I rhink the beads are not keratin. I am almost positive they are glue that is used from a hot glue gun or poor quality glue. The glue would not come out of my hair, with keratin glue remover, acetone, oil or conditioner. I was left with no other option but to cut all of my hair off because I could not remove this glue from my hair. I would not recommend purchasing this product.

Great product at first but only used once and then wouldn’t turn on again 0.o ordered a replacement and haven’t had much better luck the new one has been used about the same and is starting to malfunction and I’ve only had it about a a week
