I bought this for my college classes, I loved my old backpack but it was just falling apart so decide to try this one. This backpack is great quality - the fabric is nice and thick and can handle rain well, zippers all work great and the stitching is strong. BUT if you want to pack more than your laptop, a textbook, and a bagged lunch, you really have to cram it in. The space in this backpack is honestly kind of funny, it would have been good for my course load in middle school or just going for a day hike or something. I struggled to fit a jacket, my books, folders, laptops, lunch, etc in when I had a full day of class. Ultimately, if you're looking for a good backpack that you dont need to fit a ton of stuff in, I'd recommend it. I like it a lot, but not for college classes. ... show more

Truthfully it's more of a small camper's bag than it is a student bag but it does the work. Loads of space to hold enough books + a laptop. It's well designed and the material is of good quality. It zips well, it's quite sturdy and has good back support.
