I have been using it for several months now as my EDC for both work and travel. Build quality is supreme and has suffered no durability issues so far. Bought this for a trip I took. It was perfect. It had lots of space to carry many different things, not only a laptop yet was very lightweight. It had a large zipper pouch but also several smaller zipper pouches to tuck cords or other small items so they don't get tangled or lost. I am a big person and sometimes I have a difficult time finding backpacks that are comfortable for me to use with long enough shoulder straps. This one gave me plenty of space that I ended up being able to draw the straps a little shorter. I especially liked that it had a clip to attach the 2 shoulder straps together across your chest so it took some of the weight off the shoulders. Another very important feature for me was having the small zipper pouch on the side of the backpack that was against my back. It was where I carried my money and passport. I felt much more secure knowing a pickpocket would not be able to get to those things. The pack has a mesh on the side that goes against your back to help it not get so hot. It also included a built-in charging cable for my phone if I had a portable charger. I didn't need to use that option, but it is cool that it has that. Love the bag, holds large laptop, three subject notebooks, large water thermos, three thick text books and big pouch. I also carry small essentials in it. Tons of sensibly located pockets. Absolutely LOVE the straps at the bottom and the sides so the bag does not sag down or forward, saves my back a lot of pain. I walk a log in my college with this backpack. Love it! This bag is stylish, comfortable to wear, and has lots of useful pockets. The main compartment with the laptop storage is spacious, as is the next pocket out, which has slots for pens and smaller pockets to hold loose items. The next pocket put has a smaller opening but plenty of room, I like to keep my lunch in there. The two outermost pockets are easy to access while the bag is on your shoulder. The water bottle pockets are very stretchy and work great. My main complaint is the useless and obstructive compression straps near the water bottle holder pockets. They serve no real purpose and block the zippers for the two largest pockets. I cut them off my bag. Also, if you are busty the chest strap will not buckle for you.
