this is a great case to use to hold my art items; i can put in my glitter pens, mechanical pencils, sketching pencils, blending pencils, erasers, pill bottle i use for the extra eraser, battery eraser, an ink pen, and paper clips and it still has room. its soft so it can be squished and bent to fit into odd spots. the zipper slides easily does not get hung up in the curves. i highly recommend this for all kinds of uses.

I bought this as a storage case for my folding travel chess set, and it fits great. The material is kind of flimsy and doesn’t hold its shape well when unzipped, which might be more annoying if you’re using it for pencils. When folded, the chess set is 7x3.5x1.5 in and it fits in this with a little room on the sides.
