The media could not be loaded. Taking care of your gut health is very important to overall feeling well so I am definitely a fan of probiotics and pre-biotics. These probiotics have 100 billion CFU and are awesome forgot and I just have health. There are 60 capsules in the bottle and that is a 30 day supply if you take two a day. these probiotics have 35 different strains of probiotics and five pre-biotics. There’s also seven digestive enzymes and citrus bioflavonoids. These are free of binders, wheat and gluten and many other common allergens. This is the brand which I have found carries the most strains and includes both bacteria and multiple yeasts. I primarily use this to make yogurt instead of ingesting it. I have not felt any difference yet but it could be that probiotics take a while to achieve the health effects but I am hoping that my patience will pay off. I wish that the strain number for each strain were specified so I can look it up further to gain more details. For example, there are multiple existing strains for L plantarum so which one is in this brand? I am guessing the generic strain rather than special strains for unique effects. ... show more

    • They must work, the gas production is crazy.
These were bought to compare to another brand I was trying. Though I didn't think they were responsible for the massive amounts of gas I experienced. I finally read up and discovered that gas is a common issue with probiotics, though I have never had this problem before. It wasn't even the tolerable silent type, but loud blarting blasts like the Robin Williams skit about his colonoscopy. Non-stop, day in, day out, sound barrier breaking gas. I finally reduced the dosage to one per day. The gas is still in production, but manageable. I'm going to continue till the bottle is done, but will try another brand. I can't say they are effective, bowel movements have reduced in volume, but not really what my goal was. ... show more
